At SnasaHairWay, we aim to deliver your products as quickly and efficiently as possible. As a small business, we take great care in ensuring that each order is processed with attention to detail. Below are the details of our shipping policy.

We currently ship our products to the following regions:

  • Domestic: United Kingdom (including Wales, Scotland & Northern Ireland)

  • International: Worldwide – we are now excited to serve our global SnasaHairWay family!


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (UK):

  • Standard Shipping – £3.99
    Royal Mail Tracked (2–4 working days)

  • Express Shipping – £5.99
    Royal Mail Tracked (1–2 working days)

  • FREE Shipping on all UK orders over £40

Shipping to the Republic of Ireland:

  • Flat Rate – £8.99
    Royal Mail International Tracked (3–7 working days)

  • FREE Shipping on orders over £60

International Shipping (Rest of the World):

  • Flat Rate – £12.99
    Royal Mail International Tracked (7–14 working days, depending on location)

  • FREE Shipping on orders over £80

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors such as customs processing for international orders.


3. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For orders outside the UK, including Ireland, any customs fees or import duties are the buyer’s responsibility. We’ll always complete customs forms correctly to help avoid delays.


4. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


5. Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can use this to check your delivery’s progress.


6. Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, delays can happen due to weather, carrier issues, or customs checks. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please email us at support@snasahairway.com within 2 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue quickly.


8. Changes to Shipping Information

Need to update your shipping address? Contact us at support@snasahairway.com within 2 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to help, but changes can’t be guaranteed once the order is processed.
